Bug: MPS conflicts with DevKit

perhaps you've launched second instance of mps (or idea is not running).

not a problem but integration with idea wont work

MPS is not running: I'm just working on a plugin, and running it in a

sandboxed 2nd instance of IDEA.

My plugin works though. It's just the error message that bothers me.
