Undo (Ctrl-Z) sometimes highlights a large area Follow

In certain contexts, Undo (Ctrl-z) will highlight

a large area, much larger than the field that the undo operated upon.  The undo happens correctly, but the display seems not correct.

I observed it one other time while doing the Getting

Started demo, but didn't save an image.
