Template fragment

In the tutorial you define a template fragment for

   System.out.println(String);

and you add a String literal as parameter. Would it make sense to directly

choose 'macro' from the completion menu instead of '" string literal'?

What's the reason I need to enter a text and just can't directly reference

property HelloText?
