Simple xml-editor/-generator

Hi,

Is it possible with the latest MPS EAP version to create a simple

structured text editor that generates XML? I have some simple things in

mind like sections (with title), plain text (wrapped for better

readability) with inserted "highlightings" (e.g. OK).
