First,I started IDEA.But when I started mps,there was an error.The message was as follows:

Can't connect ot IDEA : Connection refused to host: localhost; nested exception
is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Why? How can I solve the problem?

May be you hadn't installed plugin before? Or may be you have a firewall on your computer?

I have chose the directory "\plugins" and installed all of the files in it.
And I have shut down the firewall.Now ,my computer even hasn't an anti-virus software.
But it still don't work.When I creat a new project,at bottom of the diologue,it shows a red message that IntelliJ IDEA with installed plugins isn't running.
What should I do now?

Check IDEA IDE settings -> plugins
You should have the "JetBrains MPS Integration" plugin installed.
If the MPS plugin is not listed check the \plugins directory. There should be subdirectory \plugins\MPSPlugin.
sometimes the MPS plugin is incorrectly installed in directory \plugins\plugins
