With MPS 2.5 the possibility to publish languages as IDEA plugins (on IDEA Plugin update site) was introduced, so i think if you migrate your language onto MPS 2.5 & package it as a plugin (should not be too hard) then you can upload it onto plugins update site here: http://plugins.intellij.net/category/index?pr=idea&category_id=92 so everybody can easily get it.
