Change layout of Agile card

Is it possible to change the layout of the cards in the Agile view.

I changed the Assignee to a Assignees User[*] field, and would like to ahve it display all the assigned users.

Also, I would like to to display colours of related cards

(EG, feature related to a task (green) and 2 bugs (red), might have a badge for each type that relates to it (not for each instance), so it would have a red tag and a green tag.
