Is it Possible to Release Kotlin as MPS Language?

Is it possible to improve MPS to the extent that this would be a natural as well as the best available choice to implement a project like Kotlin.

Even to the extent that JetBrains would consider this as the best choice to implement their language IDEs. MPS Team please push to improve this to that extent. It has the potential to do it. Ultimately both MPS users and JetBrains will definitely benefit.

Kotlin and MPS target at different user groups and we struggle to find enough benefits to justify such moves.
Kotlin is a traditional parsed general-purpose programming language, while MPS focuses on DSLs with needs that leverage its projectional editor.
