How can i check the MPS version using which the project is created?

How can i check the MPS version using which the project is created?
Example: I have created a project with MPS3.3 and now i have MPS3.4 installed in my system, I want to display user the "current project you have opened is created using MPS3.3 do you want to use it with MPS3.4 or close".
