Aspect Tabs and Explorer View not visible in MPS version 2018.2.6

I'm using MPS version 2018.2.6. Actually I"m using the latest released mbeddr on their webpage which is based off of MPS version 2018.2.6.  I'm finding similar to this case - https://mps-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/206614825-Aspect-Tabs-and-Explorer-View-not-visible-anymore?flash_digest=f79934c7c614f13ae53aed025b44d0514ea85ca3 - that I don't see a separate tab per aspect.

Under settings I have "Aspect Tabs" set to "Each aspect node in a separate tab, tabs for non-existing aspects".  I tried changing this but no effect.

Any way to fix this? I was going to try to install MPS separately with the meddr plug in bu thought I'd ask first.

I've had that happen where I just needed to quit MPS and restart.  Not sure what causes it though. Happens inconsistently.

Restarting doesn't help unfortunately.

It was something with mbeddr customized version of MPS.  I finally switched over to MPS 2018.2.6 using mbedder as a plugin and it works fine now.
