Regarding the feedback of readers, the tutorial at http://www.compago.de/confluence/display/md/Extending+MPS+BaseLanguage+by+Example+-+English addresses MPS users that already have some kind of basic understanding of MPS.
Maybe that tutorial should be referenced here too.
