Yes, that's correct. Completion in MPS is not Case-sensitive. Probably it make sense to add corresponding option.

You can try to debug this situation by: running another instance of MPS from MPS under debugger placing debugger into the table model you implemented check if everything is returned correctly...

Which node is stored in this child reference in your case? You probably know that you can switch on Transient Model saving and check the content of the model on which this generator macro is applied.
