If you take a look at the inspector of your build script (concept BuildProject), you can find a path to a file in light grey. That's the file that MPS cannot find.

You can try to build only the structure aspect of your language first. It looks like MPS tries to access classes that are not generated yet.

You have to change the solution kind in the module properties of your solution "B". Only if it is set to a value other than "None", MPS allows to load classes from that solution.

What you basically have to do, is to build a plugin for the IDEA platform. The platform SDK guide might be useful: http://www.jetbrains.org/intellij/sdk/docs/index.html
